GCER 2025 - Norman, OK

The Global Conference on Educational Robotics (GCER), produced by KISS Institute for Practical Robotics, is a professional conference designed for elementary, middle and high school students, their teachers and mentors, technology education professionals, robot enthusiasts, and invited professional guests. The GCER gives attendees the inspiration and experience of a professional conference, encouraging students to further their knowledge, network with other students from around the world and pursue related careers. Teachers and mentors have many opportunities to network, exchange best practices and develop new approaches to STEM education.

In addition to guest speaker sessions and breakout sessions, GCER also features several autonomous robotics competitions and events. The International Botball Tournament is always a highlight when teams from around the world gather to try their skills at the current year’s Botball game challenge. The conference also features the Junior Botball Challenge.

You are invited to attend the GCER and connect with peers, discuss technology-related ideas, attend educational and thought-provoking sessions, and cheer on your favorite teams at one of the many tournament events.

The Global Conference on Educational Robotics will be held on July 8-12, 2025 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Norman Hotel & Conference Center in Norman, OK.

Registration Information

The Student, Coach/Parent, or General Admission ticket includes access to paper presentations, student activities, the adult reception night, the student reception night, opening and closing ceremonies, guest speaker keynotes, and all public robotics events.

This ticket is required for all JBC and Botball students, coaches, mentors, and parents who wish to attend all events.

If you do not plan to attend all events, you can purchase the Limited Admission ticket instead. This option grants access only to the opening and closing ceremonies and public robotics events—ideal for parents and family members who only want to attend part of the conference.

Student, Coach/Parent, or General Admission ticket prices will be $100.

🔹 Late Registration: (June 16, 2025 till GCER)
Starting June 16, General Admission ticket prices will increase to $125.

🔹 Limited Registration: (Now till GCER)
Limited ticket prices will be $35.
