Important Camp Details!

It is our goal to provide a fun and educational experience for every student who attends one of our robotics camps. To that end we ask that all participants and parents be aware of the following guidelines:

• Campers should wear comfortable clothes – some activities will take place on the floor of the facility!

• Campers must bring a sack lunch each day they attend camp. Please write your student’s name on their lunch bag/box. Please do not bring items that need to be refrigerated or microwaved.

• Improper behavior will not be tolerated! Parents will be called and asked to pick up their student for any misconduct that may occur. Campers are not allowed to carry weapons of any kind (including pocket knives) while at camp. Any child caught with a weapon will be asked to leave camp immediately. Refunds will not be issued for any camper who is asked to leave.

• There will be no refunds given for cancellations that occur after camp has begun. Cancellations received 7 or more days before the first day of camp will result in a full refund (excluding a $5 processing fee). Cancellations received less than 7 days before the first day of camp will receive a partial refund (excluding a $5 processing fee and $10 administrative fee).

• Staff will not be available to supervise your campers prior to 8:00 am and after 5 pm. If your child has not been picked up after 5 pm and we are unable to make contact with anyone on the contact list, we will notify the Norman Police Department.

Drop Off/Pick Up Procedure
Your child’s safety while at camp is our highest priority! That includes drop off and pick up. We ask that a parent or guardian accompany and sign their student in each day. Likewise we ask that a parent or guardian come into the facility at the end of the day and check their student out.

PLEASE NOTE! Only adults listed on the participant information form will be allowed to check a student out! All adults who check a student out will be required to show photo identification.
