KISS Institute Fellows

Institute Fellows are robotics experts and
researchers who also have a compelling interest in educational
issues. The uses of robotics and the educational needs of
children are much broader than the capabilities of the staff of
KISS Institute. To supplement the capabilities of the Institute,
and to bring the Institute’s activities to a wider geographic
region, KIPR initiated the Institute Fellows program. Being an
Institute Fellow means that you are willing to be a technical
resource for the Institute regarding its educational goals.
Likewise, KIPR will make available to its Fellows the course
outlines and instructional programs it puts together for the
Fellows’ use in their own teaching activities.

KISS Institute also has a group of Institute Associates. An
Institute Associate is interested in supporting the Institute’s
mission, but may not have the technical qualifications to be an
Institute Fellow.

The position of Institute Fellow and Institute Associate are
honorary positions bestowed by the Institute in recognition of an
indiviual’s interest and capabilities. No financial relationship
is implied between the Institute and those individuals designated
as Fellows or Associates. If you are interested in applying to
become a KISS Institute Fellow or Associate, please email, fax,
or mail a copy of your CV, a cover letter and (if you have it)
pictures and video of an interesting robot project you have been
involved with.
